Executive Director, Anthony Way, presented at a forum on International Gas Contracts led by the World Energy Council in Amsterdam. The session covered issues raised by market liberalisation and market pricing models, pricing differences between short- and long-term gas / LNG sales, emergence of gas trading hubs, effective and non-discriminatory access to gas transport networks, surplus supply of LNG, LNG cargo destination flexibility and US gas pricing driven by a fully-liquid traded market.
Mr Way carries a wealth of experience in international gas contracts, regularly acting as Expert in gas price disputes in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
