Following a 25 year career including senior commercial roles in international E&P companies, Nick has built a varied practice advising a world-wide client base on sale and purchase agreements, upstream asset management, M&A, strategy, disputes resolution and arbitration.
During his career, Nick has participated in the birth of the gas fired power sector, the liberalisation of European and Australian gas markets, the first gas storage project in the UK in two decades, pre-salt oil and gas developments, ground-breaking unconventional gas to LNG development, building efficient, growth focussed private and listed E&P businesses as well as becoming an expert witness in a wide range of oil and gas disputes.
