Using Excel based modelling ECC provides economic analysis of energy projects, allowing clients to make informed investment decisions. Models range from simple scoping economics to detailed evaluations of development scenarios and investment criteria. ECCs bespoke models are customised to each project, allowing the client to focus on the specific problems and metrics that are identified as being most crucial. The analytical team also provides model auditing and quality assurance services, and produces reviews and recommendations for further work.
Experience of project economic modelling ranges from upstream projects to pipeline and import facility construction and operation. ECC is currently providing analytical support to a number of companies operating in the upstream market in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, often in support of active commercial negotiations with host governments. We are also playing a crucial role in a number of international import projects, conducting feasibility studies and review of proposed project structures.
