Gas Sales & Purchasing

Conducted the negotiation and advised on many complex gas sales & purchase agreements around the world. These activities have included:

  • Led the negotiation for the sale of associated gas (and the necessary pipeline tie-ins) into a Nigerian LNG terminal as part of the Flares Out program
  • Gas sales advice to an African joint venture
  • Expert advisor on a Gas Sales Contract for the Terengganu Petrochemical Complex in Malaysia
